If the nights feel endless and sleep feels impossible, I want you to know it’s okay to ask for help. You’re not meant to do it all without rest, and you don’t have to.
With 30 years of experience as a NICU nurse, Mumma Sue brings expert knowledge of newborn care, combined with compassionate emotional support tailored specifically to new mums. Mumma Sue understands the unique challenges of early parenthood and the complexities of newborn health, ensuring your baby’s well-being while guiding you through those overwhelming nights and days with confidence and calm.
My 3 Nights In-Home Overnight Support Package is created for mums who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and simply need a break. I’ll come into your home for three full nights of hands-on care: settling, feeding, soothing your baby, preparing gentle meals — while you get the sleep and reset you need to show up as you again.

What's included in my 3 Nights In-Home Overnight Support Package?
3 Consecutive Overnight Stays at Your Home
(12 hours each)
Over three restful nights, I’ll be right there in your home providing full newborn care — feeds, changes, settling, and soothing — so you can finally exhale and get the deep, uninterrupted rest your body and mind so desperately need.
No pacing the floor at 3am, no guessing what baby’s cries mean. Just gentle, experienced care while you rest, heal, and feel human again.
Newborn Settling Techniques & Gentle Routine Setup
Together, we’ll create a soothing, flexible rhythm that feels natural — not forced. I’ll gently guide you through settling techniques and realistic routines that honour both your baby’s needs and
your wellbeing.
This isn’t about strict schedules or pressure to get it perfect. It’s about helping your whole family find flow, confidence, and calm in the everyday moments.
Toddler Support
Welcoming a new baby while caring for a toddler is a beautiful blessing — and a big emotional and physical load. During our time together, I’ll gently support your toddler too, offering reassurance, calm connection, and age-appropriate engagement so they feel seen… and
you get a much-needed moment to breathe.
I can read a story, offer calm playtime, or help gently ease your toddler through the changes happening at home. It’s all about making sure everyone feels supported, not just the newest member of the family.
Physical & Emotional Support For the Mum
Because your healing matters. From nipple care and body recovery to emotional release and quiet reassurance, I’ll be by your side as your steady, compassionate guide.
Whether it’s preparing a warm cup of tea, offering a light nourishing snack, or simply holding space while you rest, you’ll be gently supported in ways that truly nurture
you , not just your baby.

Jane was having the same problems until now...

I was drowning in exhaustion and constant self-doubt during those early weeks. I honestly didn’t know if I was doing anything right. After speaking with Mumma Sue, I felt seen, supported, and finally understood. She gave me the tools and the reassurance I needed, and now I feel lighter, more confident, and so much more connected to my baby.

About Me
Hi, I’m Mumma Sue — a Neonatal Nurse and New Parent Support Specialist with over 30 years of experience caring for babies and supporting families.
I’ve spent decades working in neonatal intensive care, walking alongside parents during some of their most vulnerable and tender moments. And if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that new parents need just as much care as their babies.
That’s why I created this support, to offer you a calm, understanding space where you can feel seen, heard, and gently guided. Whether you're navigating endless feeds, sleepless nights, or just want someone to remind you that you're doing a beautiful job… I’m here.
Let’s talk about how I can support you, right where you are.
